Shipping policy

Generally, orders ship within 48 hours (2 business days) of funds clearing. The parcel will be packed carefully, and insured. If a package is lost, a refund will be issued once the insurance claim is approved and paid. Buyers are responsible for any taxes, tariffs, customs or duties due in the country of destination. Returns can be made with prior authorization from The Inchcape Collective, for more information on our returns and refunds please consult our Returns and Refunds Policy. The buyer is solely responsible for the safe-packaging, insurance, and expedited shipping costs of the return. The buyer agrees to assume any risks in shipping.
